Terms of Service

Effective July 29, 2026

These Terms govern access to and use of Mindaire. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

The Mindaire service

Mindaire provides personal planning, organization, focus, reflection, and related synchronization tools. Features may change as the service develops. Mindaire is not a medical, legal, financial, or emergency service, and its content is not professional advice.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you enter into Mindaire. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for having the right to store the content you submit.

Subscriptions

Mindaire Personal is planned at $14.99 per month unless a different price is clearly shown at checkout. Joining the waitlist is free and does not create a subscription or collect payment details. When paid access opens, a new subscription may include a 14-day trial. Stripe processes payments. After a trial, the subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Taxes may apply.

You can cancel from the Stripe billing portal in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless Stripe shows otherwise. The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Mindaire, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, use the service to violate another person’s rights, or use automated access in a way that burdens the service.

Third-party services

Optional integrations and billing may rely on third parties such as Google, Stripe, Twilio SendGrid, and Railway. Their services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or changes to a third-party service outside our control.

Availability and termination

We work to keep Mindaire available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend access to protect users, comply with law, address misuse, or maintain the service. You may stop using Mindaire at any time and permanently delete your account from Settings.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mindaire is provided “as is” without warranties not expressly stated here. Mindaire is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Any direct liability is limited to the amount you paid for Mindaire during the preceding twelve months, except where the law does not permit that limit.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as Mindaire evolves. Material changes will be communicated reasonably before they take effect. Questions can be sent to hello@mindaire.com.
