Refund Policy

Effective July 29, 2026

Mindaire Personal includes a 14-day trial when shown at checkout. You can cancel during the trial to avoid the first subscription charge.

Joining the coming-soon waitlist is free. It does not collect payment details or create a charge, so no refund is needed for joining.

Monthly cancellation

You may cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal in Mindaire Settings. Cancellation normally stops future renewals and leaves access available through the end of the current billing period.

Refund requests

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. If your first paid charge was accidental or the service did not work as reasonably expected, contact us within seven days of that charge. We will review the request in good faith. This does not limit any refund right required by applicable law.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

Contact us promptly if you believe you were charged twice or charged an incorrect amount. Include the account email and charge date, but never send a full card number by email.

Send refund questions to hello@mindaire.com. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
