YOUR DATA, HANDLED WITH CARE

Privacy Policy

Effective July 29, 2026

This policy explains how Mindaire collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Mindaire website and personal planning application.

Information we collect

We collect the account information you provide, including your name and email address. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes. We store the workspace content you choose to add, such as tasks, projects, habits, lists, journal entries, and focus history.

We also process limited technical information needed to secure and operate the service, such as session identifiers, IP address, user agent, and application logs. Stripe processes payment details; Mindaire stores customer, subscription, and billing-status identifiers rather than full payment-card numbers.

If you join the launch waitlist, we store your email address, optional name, signup source, consent status, and signup time. We use that information to confirm your request and notify you when Mindaire opens.

Calendar connections

If you connect Google Calendar, Mindaire requests read-only access to your primary calendar. Connection tokens are encrypted at rest, and synchronized event details are stored only in your private workspace. Mindaire cannot create, edit, or delete Google events. Disconnecting revokes Google access and deletes the cached calendar records.

How we use information

  • Provide, synchronize, secure, and support your workspace.
  • Verify your email and deliver account-recovery messages.
  • Process subscriptions, prevent fraud, and maintain service reliability.
  • Understand errors and improve Mindaire without selling personal information.

Service providers

Mindaire uses service providers to operate the application, including Railway for hosting and databases, Twilio SendGrid for transactional email, and Stripe for billing. Google processes calendar data only when you choose to connect it. These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and workspace information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, legal, and billing obligations. Deleted information may remain temporarily in restricted backups before those backups rotate. You can export your workspace and permanently delete your account directly from Settings.

Your choices

You may update your profile, change your password, export your workspace, cancel a subscription, disconnect integrations, or ask us to remove your waitlist entry. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal information.

Security and changes

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as Mindaire evolves and will revise the effective date when changes are made.
